Every adult arrested in Volusia County is booked there, whether the arrest happened on the beach, in DeLand or in Deltona. Daytona’s big event weeks – Bike Week, Biketoberfest and Speedweeks – bring busy booking lines, and our local experience helps families get through them faster. We also post bonds for clients held in Sanford.

Calling late at night?

Please call. Arrests don’t follow business hours, and neither do we. The bond process can start the minute you call, even at 2 a.m. You can also ask us about our free warrant check and notary services.

One thing to know: Volusia County does not release inmates between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. unless someone is on site to pick them up. When you call, we will tell you the best timing for release.
