A Look into Our Bail Bond Process...

Express Bail Bonds provide professional and confidential bail bondsman for Flagler, Volusia  and Seminole Counties. We can also handle large and small bonds around the state or country.

Here's how our bail bond process works:

  1. You find out a friend or family member is in jail and call Express Bail Bonds for assistance.
  2. You provide basic information about the situation, including where the individual is being detained, how long they have been there, what they are charged with, whether they are employed, and answer some other standard questions.

  3. We will assess the risk involved with the bail bond and draft an agreement.

  4. We meet at one at our office located in Daytona Beach or if eligible electronic signing.

  5. The bail bond paperwork is finalized and our agent will “post” the bond at the jail to release the defendant.

After the client arrives at the office, and the bail bond paperwork is finalized, one of our agents will “post” the bail bond at the jail which will result in the release of the defendant.  For this service, the customer is charged a fee (10% of each charges bond amount, or a minimum of $100 which is mandated by Florida state laws.) We offer convenient payment options to make this process as stress-free as possible.
